Delivery & Returns


Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery to a mainland UK address. Order under £40 with a mainland UK address will be charged a £4.99 delivery charge.

Once your items are manufactured, we will ship the order with the courier on a 48 hour delivery service. Please note, orders may take longer to non-mainland addresses.

All packages will need to be signed for but may be left with a neighbour if you are not in. Please note, our products are either sent in a clear plastic bag or a box.

We aim to manufacture all orders in 5-7 working days after receiving successful payment. At peak times e.g. Christmas, please allow extra days for delivery.

Our products are manufactured using high quality material and fabric. Great care is taken by our skilled machinists to ensure each product is made correctly. The workmanship is checked throughout the manufacturing process and a final quality check takes place before the product is packed.

Subject to our standard terms and conditions of supply, we will accept returns of products if you have ordered a non- customised product, e.g. a grill cover. If we make a product to your measurements or specifications (including embroidery) (Bespoke Products) we will not accept a return of these Bespoke Products, unless they are not what you ordered or are faulty or damaged on arrival. As an example, products with embroidery will be regarded as Bespoke Products.

Returns of non-customised products

When requesting a return from us, please contact the customer service team (on the email or phone number provided above) to inform them of your return and have your order number ready.

Unless we are at fault and in breach of the contract between you and us, you will need to pay the costs of returning the products to us. We also advise you to return products using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any products lost in transit. Please include in your parcel your order number, name, contact details, the name of the product the reasons for the return when returning the products to us.

Where you return a product to us and we are not at fault or, otherwise in breach of the contract between you and us, you will be refunded the full amount of the product minus any sum we feel reflects the loss in value of the product, caused by your use of it or any damage to it caused whilst it was in your possession.

If you want to exchange the product for a different size, you will be charged a reasonable handling fee for the new product to be shipped to you. You will also be required to return your original product and pay for the return postage.

Return of Bespoke Products (e.g. products with embroidery or coloured trim)

These are orders that have been specially made for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault or, we are otherwise in breach of the contract between you and us. You will also not be able to exchange the product if you have ordered for the wrong size. Please note that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you do not have a general right to return Bespoke Products, where we are not at fault.


Please allow 14 days for refunds to be made to your debit/credit card or PayPal account after the date upon which we receive the products you have returned to us. Please also note that where you are returning the products to us as a result of any issues in the products, you will need to provide us with photographic evidence of the alleged issues at the time or reporting the issue to us. We will not process any refunds until such time as we receive the photographic evidence.


If you would like to cancel or change your order (that is not an order for Bespoke Products), please contact our customer service team as soon as possible on 01623 645100 (Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm). Alternatively, you can email , however we are not guaranteed to pick your email up before the order has been processed.

We will do everything we can to change or cancel your order before it goes into manufacture however this is not always possible. If your order has already been manufactured, then a reasonable restocking fee may apply to take in to account any costs incurred by us in manufacturing the product for you. Please note that any orders placed for Bespoke Products cannot be cancelled.
